What It Is

Scenario lets the user test "what-if" changes without changing the base graph.

Main Area

  • overrides.md: temporary numeric changes on top of the base graph
  • scenario switching
  • scenario lifecycle actions

Why It Exists

Scenarios let the user test changes safely. This is important for planning, decision comparison, and demos.

User Flow

  1. The user creates or opens a scenario
  2. The user changes a numeric value like price or quantity
  3. The scenario layer applies the override
  4. Compute runs again and the user sees the new result without touching the base graph
